Your data stays yours. This policy lays out exactly what we collect when you use FireVM, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the safeguards in place to keep it away from anyone who shouldn’t have it.
Terms of service agreement
Every FireVM hosting account runs under this agreement. It’s worth reading before you sign up, since it covers acceptable use, billing, and conduct, and sets the ground rules that keep our infrastructure fair for everyone.
Refund policy
Request a refund any time your account is active, no fixed window required. We calculate what you’ve used and refund the rest, with a few standard conditions around bundled items and heavy usage.
Copyright infringement policy
We take intellectual property seriously and expect every customer to do the same. If you believe content on our servers infringes your copyright, this policy explains how to submit a valid claim, and where to send it.
